Киевсовет изучает возможность отмены трех решений о выделении земли
6 октября. Киевский горсовет на заседании 2 октября планировал отменить три решения о выделении и продаже земли под строительство жилья и объектов инфраструктуры, принятых в 2004-2007 годах. Вопросы были сняты с рассмотрения депутатами из различных фракций.
В частности, Киевсовет планировал отменить:
- решение от 8 февраля 2007 года о продаже земельного участка ОАО «Укртуринвест» площадью 0,1743 га на ул. Николая Гайцана, 12\14 в Печерском районе для строительства офисно-жилой пристройки к зданию за 3,313 млн грн.
- решение от 15 июля 2004 года о продаже земельного участка ООО «АвтоНафта» на пересечении улиц Вышгородской и Резервной в Оболонском районе для строительства автозаправочного комплекса за 1,676 млн грн.
- решение от 21 декабря 2006 года о передаче Оболонскому районному совету земельного участка площадью 0,31 га на ул. Автозаводской, 61-а в Оболонском районе для строительства жилого дома для молодых ученых НАНУ в аренду на 5 лет.
